WARRANTY INFORMATION

 

JagerMount™ Limited Warranty Statement
Warranty Coverage:
Steinjäger, Inc warrants to the original purchaser that our tool holders and storage organizers are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of One (1) Year / Limited Lifetime from the date of original purchase. This warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized dealers and used under normal, intended conditions.


Remedies:
During the warranty period, Steinjäger will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any product that proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship. Replacement parts or products may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.


Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence (e.g., overloading beyond stated weight capacities).
  • Normal wear and tear from extended use, including scratches, dents, or fading finishes.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Damage caused by accidents, fire, floods, or other acts of nature.
  • Consumable items or hardware with shorter lifespans.


Limitation of Liability:
Steinjäger’s sole liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. In no event shall the company be liable for incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of tools or production downtime.
How to Obtain Service:
To initiate a claim, please contact our customer support team at info@steinjager.com with your original proof of purchase and a description of the defect. Shipping costs for returning products for inspection are the responsibility of the purchaser.
